Yes, you can pay online for FREE using a checking account through our online tenant portal or with a debit/credit card for a small fee.

I am an owner, can I view my account online?
Yes, we have an online owner portal where you can view your monthly statement and any repairs on your property.

When is rent due and what is the late fee?
Rent is due on the 1st, late after the 5th.
Late Fees:
Rental amount up to $1,000: Late Fee $45.00
Rental amount $1,000.01 - $2,000: Late Fee $55
Rental amount $2,000.01 and up: Late Fee $75
I plan on moving-out and want to put in my 30 Day Notice to Vacate; what do I need to do?
Use the 30 Day Notice to Vacate Form on our website and either drop it off at our office, email, fax or mail it in. The notice must be signed by all tenants vacating the property. Make sure we receive your notice on time, the 30 day time frame begins once we receive the notice, not when it is dated.
