• In order to streamline the application process, we encourage our customers to follow these steps for a complete application
  1. Click on "Available Rentals" tab at top of page
  2. Click on the Property you want
  3. Click the orange "Apply Now" button
  4. Pick desired Move-in date
  5. Get Started! Please ensure all relevant fields are filled
• Application Fee: Non-Refundable - $30/applicant (One application required per tenant over the age of 18)
• Please submit current pay-stubs or other income verification
• Approval is based on Move-in Terms,  Income History, Credit History & Rental History -- NOT first come first serve
• Application process takes about 2-3 days depending on ability to verify application
• Final decisions are made by each property's individual owner
