Logan Family Properties was founded by Dick Logan in 1977 as a real estate company. Craig Logan and Shaun Uebelhor, Dick Logan’s son and son-in-law, joined him in 1995 with the goal of concentrating on rental property management. Craig and Shaun purchased the company in 2001 when Dick retired.

Shaun Uebelhor, who grew up in Jasper, Indiana, holds a California Real Estate Broker/Officer License. He earned a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of San Diego. Shaun has been married to Hollianne for 27 years, and has 3 daughters, Katarina graduated from the University of Marquette as a Navy-ROTC/Nursing student and is now stationed at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington DC. Madeline is a senior at the University of Clemson in South Carolina and is a package engineering student. Eden is a Senior at La Costa Canyon High School.
Craig Logan holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license. He earned a Finance/Business Degree at Cal State Long Beach. Craig has been married to Brook for 20 years and has two sons, Heath and Drew, who are in the 9th and 7th grade.
Jared Formy Duval, Property Manager, has been on our team for 17 years and holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License. He is an integral part of our team; Bringing in New Business Clients, helping us manage tenant applications, move in/out schedules during tenant and owner transitions, repairs/ maintenance, and emergency floods. Jared has been married to his wife Kari for 5 years.
Denise Watkins, holds a B.A. in Communications, a Master's in Public Administration, and holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License. She has been a part of our team for 7 years. She oversees all rent collections, invoice payments, handles HOA payments, and disbursements of Owner Funds.
Charles Stein, has been part of our team for 4 years and has over 10 years of military service - U.S. Army. As an Assistant Property Manager he works to help process applications, prepare properties for rent, market available rentals and mitigate after-hour emergencies.
James Green, was with the military for 31 years in planning, training, and operations – US Marine Corps. He shows properties for us during the weekend and has been a part of our team for 5 years.
Jim O'Neill is an assistant property manager and has been with us for 1 year. His focus is tenant transition work. Jim was with the US Postal Service for 38 years before joining our team. He has been married to his wife Alexandra for 31 years.
Mari Kretzu is an assistant property manager. Mari grew up in Portland Oregon and is fluent in Spanish. She manages much of the communications with tenants, owners, vendors and HOA's.
Ilke Erdas is our administrative assistant and her main focus is the communication and correspondence w/ our clients as well as dispatching messages to our team. Ilke grew up in Germany and is fluent in German and Turkish.
