In order to make the move-out process as efficient as possible, we've provided instructions for our existing tenants when they are preparing or considering moving out.

Move-Out Procedure:
1) Give proper notice (30 Day Notice to Vacate)
2) Schedule a Pre-Inspection with one of our property managers prior to your move-out date
  1. They will walk through the property with you and assess any damages or repairs that need to be addressed in order to maximize the refunding of your security deposit
3) Please ensure the following items are addressed upon move-out:

  1. General Cleaning
  2. Carpet Cleaning
  3. Removal All Trash
  4. Remove Satellite Dishes
  5. Leave Landscaping Tidy and Damage-free
4) Return all keys, remotes and key-fobs to office upon move-out
